Company announcement: We mourn the loss of Dr. Frank Zurlino, Deputy Chair of our Supervisory Board

Cologne, 12.12.2023 – We are shocked and extremely saddened to hear of the sudden and unexpected passing of Dr. Frank Zurlino, longstanding Deputy Chair of our Supervisory Board. We extend our deepest sympathies and sincerest condolences to his family and friends.

For more than a decade, Dr. Zurlino was a committed and creative driver of our company’s fortunes. He was also a member of the Strategy and Audit Committees.

Dr. Zurlino successfully shaped our company with his strategic foresight and his management and technology expertise. We will sorely miss him.
