Stefan A. Baustert appointed as new CFO at QSC AG

Cologne, December 16, 2014 - At its meeting yesterday, the Supervisory Board of QSC AG appointed Stefan A. Baustert to be Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of QSC AG as of January 1, 2015. Baustert will thus succeed Barbara Stolz, who will be leaving the company by amicable agreement at the end of 2014 in order to devote herself to new professional challenges.

Stefan A. Baustert was most recently Commercial Director at Rena GmbH, a mechanical and plant engineering company in southern Germany. He previously worked for seven years at publicly listed Singulus Technologies AG, initially as CFO and later as CEO. Prior to this, he was Commercial Director at E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH for five years through to the sale of the company to the KPN Group. Baustert began his career in 1986 at the Thyssen Group, where prior to his move to E-Plus he worked as CFO of Thyssen Telecom AG.
