JOIN Experience and QSC sign contract for Cloud services

Luxembourg mobile provider to integrate Cospace communications solution in its portfolio

Cologne, April 22, 2014. Luxembourg-based mobile provider JOIN Experience, a joint venture between JOIN Wireless and POST Luxembourg, will be integrating the "Cospace" Cloud-based communications and collaboration service from QSC AG, thus enabling it to additionally enhance every mobile or fixed-network contract with a complete solution for Conference, Fax, Storage, Screen-sharing and Chats beginning in the summer of 2014.

This means that, in addition to their mobile or fixed-network number, JOIN customers will also receive a "Cloud number," which can be used for telephone conference calls and for sending and receiving faxes. Moreover, they also receive Cloud storage for their data, which they can then share and edit together with other Cospace users. A screen-sharing function for presentations, as well as an integrated Cospace Chat that can be conducted either with an App on an end-user device or with a Web browser, round out the offerings for small and mid-size enterprises, SOHOs (Small Offices, Home Offices) as well as residential customers with premium needs.

Cospace is based on "solucon - The Enabling Technology." Developed by QSC subsidiary Q-loud GmbH, this Cloud platform serves as the basis for the Cospace Unified Communications Service. And future services from the M2M world will be based on the same highly available, scalable, secure platform. In integrating Cospace today, JOIN is already positioning itself for the markets of tomorrow.

JOIN Experience Managing Shareholder Pascal Koster praises the innovative strength of this Cologne-based ICT company. "With QSC AG, we've found one of the most innovative players for implementing our strategy of uniting 4G communications with forward-looking Cloud products."
