The Annual General Meeting of QSC AG this year took place at 11.00 a.m. (CEST) on Wednesday, 20 May 2020.

Given the COVID-19 pandemic, which is expected to last for the foreseeable future, this year’s Annual General Meeting was being held on an exceptional basis as a virtual AGM. This means that, except for the voting proxies appointed by the company, the shareholders and their authorised representatives were not physically present. Here, we are drawing on the option provided by lawmakers in view of the COVID-19 pandemic to avoid any health risks for AGM participants. By holding the virtual AGM, we are ensuring that all resolutions, including the appropriation of profit, can be adopted in accordance with the original schedule.
